Easy and Economic Potatoes

Try this recipe for easy and inexpensive potatoes, they are delicious to put as a side dish with any dish.

  • 3 potatoes, big
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/6 liters tomato purée
  • 1 cup water
  • salt, and pepper to taste

  • Wash the potatoes and cook in a little water with a pinch of salt.
  • Finely chop the onion.
  • Heat the oil and fry the onion until the onion becomes transparent.
  • Cut the cooked potatoes into cubes of approximately one cubic centimeter (one potato can take out about 30 cubes) and add to the pan with the onion.
  • Add the tomato puree and stir to avoid sticking until the puree tone changes, add the cup of water, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Lower the flame and let it boil for 10 to 15 minutes moving occasionally so that the potatoes do not stick.
  • To serve.
